Paardekooper offers customers the option of having products printed with their own design or logo. For this they use the upload functionality that CloudSuite offers. The customer can make a design himself and upload it in the webshop and Paardekooper monitors the rest of the process.
A number of Paardekooper's regular customers have access to their own catalog in the webshop. They see Paardekooper's products in their own corporate identity and the customer can easily order personalized packaging and other supplies. A very customer-oriented feature!
Paardekooper has several dealers who offer their products. When a dealer receives an order, the sales order is automatically forwarded to the Paardekooper webshop and processed further here as a purchase order. An interesting piece of automation to make the ordering process run efficiently.
Paardekooper has a number of physical stores in addition to the webshop. An order kiosk has been placed in these stores that makes it possible for customers to first look around in the store and view a product in real life, and then order and pay for it via the order kiosk.
