About Kisch

Kisch is a family-owned business with a rich history they are proud of. The company has been around since 1895 and originally started as an iron trade. Over the years, Kisch has continuously adapted and developed. Around 1950, the company entered the furniture industry and later transitioned into interior construction. Today, Kisch focuses entirely on the B2B market and serves a wide range of customers. This ranges from the local carpenter assembling a cabinet to companies furnishing shops and hotels worldwide.

Drawer configuration

For Kisch, a customized portal was developed in collaboration with Van Hoecke where customers can order drawers. This specific bespoke solution ensures that orders go directly into the ERP system and customers see the correct product information. In the past, products did not always enter the ERP system correctly, and customers sometimes saw incorrect information, such as erroneous prices. Thanks to this carefully developed portal, the customer experience is now optimal, and Kisch saves a significant amount of time processing orders.

Filter wizard

Kisch offers a large and varied assortment, with products available in up to 180 different versions. To ensure that customers can easily find the right version, they use the filter wizard. This tool asks customers a few questions and then guides them to the correct product. For example, when searching for a hinge, the customer fills in the desired door position and color in advance, and the remaining options are then displayed.

De Kisch(is)tory

Kisch is proud of their long history and wanted to showcase it in an engaging way on their homepage. Therefore, CloudSuite developed the Kisch(is)torie widget for them. This widget allows Kisch to take visitors on a journey through their history, highlighting all the key milestones.
