CloudSuite and SYcommerce: an excellent match

Houten - CloudSuite and SYcommerce are joining forces. The cooperation between CloudSuite and SYcommerce offers the best of both worlds: a technically excellent platform and a lot of expertise on the business side of eCommerce.
Wholesalers or brand manufacturers have specific needs that are far from being covered by every eCommerce platform. In addition, they are often looking for a piece of strategic advice on eCommerce and key focus areas such as findability and conversion optimisation. The partnership between CloudSuite and SYcommerce offers companies the best of both worlds: a user-friendly platform and advice on creating and realising online strategies, marketing campaigns and eCommerce concepts.

CloudSuite and SYcommerce found each other about six years ago when they were involved in a partner and package selection process for Helmond-based Plato Group. Later, they also worked together on a project for International Plywood. "I immediately realised that CloudSuite and SYcommerce fit well together in terms of DNA. We share the same values: no-nonsense, honouring agreements and not making things unnecessarily complex," says Okko Huisman, CEO of CloudSuite. Jerry van Leeuwen, digital strategy consultant at SYcommerce, shares this view: "We clicked right away. We think alike and are in the same customer segment, namely the world of wholesalers, brand manufacturers and family businesses. In addition, CloudSuite delivers a standardised eCommerce platform specifically for this target group. It does what it promises and is clear and easy to use for the customer."
Because CloudSuite and SYcommerce reinforce each other, they can offer customers a total package and completely unburden them in the field of eCommerce. SYcommerce acts as CloudSuite's implementation partner and assists customers with targeted help on the business side of eCommerce. Examples include strategic advice on online strategies and concepts, digital marketing and conversion optimisation. In addition, SYcommerce helps companies with front-end development.
SYcommerce will implement the CloudSuite eCommerce platform for this purpose. The platform offers rich functionalities for wholesalers and brand manufacturers to support (inter)national and flexible multi-channel eCommerce. The strength of CloudSuite lies in its monthly automatic releases with the latest functionalities.
CloudSuite and SYcommerce find that their mindset and approach are a great fit with their target market. "In our segment, the mid-market and family businesses, business takes place on a very human level. There are no politics and people think very practically. That fits perfectly with the way we like to work," Jerry explains. "The CloudSuite platform also aligns with that vision. It is practical, not unnecessarily complex, user-friendly and clear. You know what you're getting."
Okko agrees. "You shouldn't saddle mid-market companies with huge projects that cost a lot of money and a mountain of licences with high fees. They don't want that at all. They are practical-minded and like the straightforward principle." Meanwhile, CloudSuite and SYcommerce have started a joint project at Wijngaard Kaas, a well-known international cheese producer. SYcommerce will handle the full implementation of the CloudSuite platform at Wijngaard Kaas.
