CloudSuite and SYcommerce found each other about six years ago when they were involved in a partner and package selection process for Helmond-based Plato Group. Later, they also worked together on a project for International Plywood. "I immediately realised that CloudSuite and SYcommerce fit well together in terms of DNA. We share the same values: no-nonsense, honouring agreements and not making things unnecessarily complex," says Okko Huisman, CEO of CloudSuite. Jerry van Leeuwen, digital strategy consultant at SYcommerce, shares this view: "We clicked right away. We think alike and are in the same customer segment, namely the world of wholesalers, brand manufacturers and family businesses. In addition, CloudSuite delivers a standardised eCommerce platform specifically for this target group. It does what it promises and is clear and easy to use for the customer."

CloudSuite and SYcommerce find that their mindset and approach are a great fit with their target market. "In our segment, the mid-market and family businesses, business takes place on a very human level. There are no politics and people think very practically. That fits perfectly with the way we like to work," Jerry explains. "The CloudSuite platform also aligns with that vision. It is practical, not unnecessarily complex, user-friendly and clear. You know what you're getting."
Okko agrees. "You shouldn't saddle mid-market companies with huge projects that cost a lot of money and a mountain of licences with high fees. They don't want that at all. They are practical-minded and like the straightforward principle." Meanwhile, CloudSuite and SYcommerce have started a joint project at Wijngaard Kaas, a well-known international cheese producer. SYcommerce will handle the full implementation of the CloudSuite platform at Wijngaard Kaas.
