On 25 and 26 March 2026, the 19th edition of Webwinkel Vakdagen took place at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Once again, CloudSuite was present to connect with ambitious professionals from wholesalers and brand manufacturers who were ready to take the next step in their digital transformation.
In addition to attending our knowledge sessions, visitors were very welcome to visit us at stand 76. We were curious about their eCommerce challenges and were happy to discuss them.
Many visitors stopped by our stand for a cup of coffee.
During this session, Delta Wines showed how they evolved after the go-live of their B2B webshop towards optimisation and data-driven growth, with a strong focus on conversion, personalisation, and efficient processes. Using concrete examples, visitors discovered how UX improvements and smart ERP integrations created a frictionless customer journey, including a sneak preview of the new store locator for local points of sale.
Speaker: Rianne (Delta Wines)
When: Wednesday 25 March | 11:15 – 11:45
Where: Lecture Hall 3
During this session, visitors gained insights into how to keep optimising after go-live and grow their webshop into a true performance machine, inspired by the Delta Wines approach.
During this session, Joost Scholten and Sam Lindhout took visitors through the facts and myths of B2B eCommerce. What was often presented as a success story turned out to be far more complex in practice. Based on honest, real-world experiences, they shared the stories that usually stayed behind closed doors — from persistent assumptions and painful mistakes to decisions that, in hindsight, should have been made differently. No theory or sales talk, but concrete learnings about what did and did not work, aimed at professionals who wanted to look beyond the hype and make better-informed decisions.
Speakers: Joost Scholten (Imbema) & Sam Lindhout
When: Thursday 26 March | 11:15 – 11:45
Where: Lecture Hall 3
During this session, visitors gained insight into the reality behind B2B eCommerce and learned from real-world experiences beyond the marketing stories.
During this interactive session, visitors discovered why B2B customers continued to call and email despite investments in eCommerce. More importantly, they learned how to approach customer adoption in a structured way, so the webshop became the default workspace instead of a side channel.
No theory, but concrete choices and actions that could be applied immediately to truly change customer behaviour.
