eCommerce implementations in the B2B market are becoming often compared to successes in B2C. But is this comparison correct? After a few years attend intensive trade fairs, consult experts and just old-fashioned experience, my conclusion is that B2B eCommerce success is a fundamentally different beast. The question therefore remains: how do you define success within a very traditional market? In this session I like to share my learnings with you.
