Using machine learning, AI identifies patterns in data by matching customers with similar behaviors. Additionally, users receive dynamic recommendations based on their search behavior, and the tool assists in crafting personalized emails.


Chatbots and customer service

Chatbots are highly effective for handling routine tasks and answering frequently asked questions. This reduces the workload of customer service employees, allowing them more time for other essential tasks. An example of such an AI chatbot is H&M's. On this fashion retailer's website and app, the chatbot assists in answering questions, making product recommendations, and helping customers navigate the shopping process. However, it's crucial to understand that chatbots are not a replacement for your customer service. Even though developments are rapid, chatbots are currently incapable of providing suitable answers to more complex customer queries. These might include questions with many subjective elements, about (incorrect) deliveries, or with vague descriptions. Also, chatbots sometimes lack a 'human touch' in their communication, despite algorithms training the bot to communicate in a human and natural manner.


AI for efficient inventory management
