The Dutch gardening sector has not fully grasped the digital nettle and a panel of experts, called ‘Future garden (r)etail’, was founded to do something about this. The group will look at two questions. The first is: how and where will the gardening sector consumer want to shop in 2022? What other trends impacting consumer behavior will be coming to the fore in the next five years?
Secondly, the rapid changes in consumer behavior require different models and different patterns of relationships. What are the opportunities in this space and how do you turn these into concrete, realistic projects?
