We are proud to announce that the Bieze Food Group (BFG) has chosen the CloudSuite eCommerce platform for their online business. BFG is a collaborative group of companies in the production and distribution of fresh food. With a wide range of fresh products, they are a leading party in their sector.
BFG was founded in 1954 from a passion for food. The current range includes fresh salads, spread salads, sauces, herbs, dairy and non dairy products, meat preparations, ready meals and potato products.
BFG consists of various brands, each with its own specialism. Examples are Bieze, Jebo, Foodmaker, Dutch Spices and Epos. All brands run their own websites, with different CMS systems and back-ends in the background and without in-depth integration with an ERP system.
BFG's ambition is to manage the multi-company structure from a single multishop eCommerce platform, for both the B2B and the B2C sales channel. It is important that the platform seamlessly integrates with their ERP system Microsoft Dynamics and the selected product information management system.
“CloudSuite combines stable B2B support with very extensive functionalities and the user-friendliness of the B2C world. The company has built a track record in eCommerce for food-related customers. This background fits perfectly with Bieze Food Group and the future we envision.” - Rian Faaij | Digital Marketing Director BFG
CloudSuite works in an agile way for the project with BFG. This means that inventory and implementation take place in phases. We take into account the Microsoft Dynamics AX migration project that BFG is currently working on. The objective is to bring all brands to the CloudSuite eCommerce platform by April 2021.
Rian Faaij: “As in many other industries, the food industry is on the eve of major changes. Quality, sustainability, experience and the influence of social media are becoming increasingly important. With CloudSuite we can make the necessary connection in our B2B market between consumer, distributor and producer and thus offer an even better service to support the digital trading process and the underlying conditioned logistics. In order to optimally support this for all bundled companies, one central eCommerce platform is essential. CloudSuite is becoming the 'backbone' of the digital communication with our target groups.”
