Advion, a progressive and innovative wholesaler in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector in food and personal care products, has opted for the CloudSuite eCommerce platform to facilitate a completely new webshop.
As a "link in strong brands", Advion offers a wide range of more than 70 A-brand manufacturers, in household care, personal care and food. They focus on both suppliers and buyers. Advion is valued for its high service and personal contact. She wants to further expand that position as a supportive and service-oriented wholesaler, certainly also on the supplier side. Advion is the link between wholesalers and manufacturers in both the logistics process and the sending and obtaining of commercial and product information.
To provide both customer types with more convenience and support, Advion wants to set up the "Advion support portal". This completely new webshop makes ordering very easy and serves as a support platform for suppliers and buyers. Product information, insight into deliveries and ease of ordering are key words for the customer. Marketing support, promotional cooperation and insight into performance are key words for the supplier. It must also become easy to exchange (product) data: for the customer to download product data and for the supplier to upload product data in his own portal. Everything with the aim of bringing suppliers and customers closer together.
CloudSuite will realize this for Advion by implementing an optimally functioning webshop including CMS, DAM and PIM module. This is future-proof and offers the possibility to easily start multiple shops from the platform. In this way, we respond to the changing position of traditional wholesalers and meet the demands that arise from the market.
