Koninklijke Paardekooper Group is an international player in the field of packaging and disposables. Various packaging companies work together within the group, each with their own specialism, including food service, retail, industry and horticulture and agriculture.
Prices in line with the market, very high delivery reliability and a wide choice of packaging and disposables, almost always available directly from stock.
The Koninklijke Paardekooper Group opted for the CloudSuite eCommerce platform for several reasons. They were looking for a platform in which multiple webshops can be managed from one environment and which is fully equipped for international business. With the option of multilingualism, multi-currency and country-specific VAT settings, CloudSuite was chosen.
All business units of the Koninklijke Paardekooper Group, including Paardekooper Verpakkingen, use the PIM functionality integrated in CloudSuite for their webshops.
Paardekooper uses a number of interesting features of the CloudSuite eCommerce platform:
Paardekooper offers customers the option of having products printed with their own design or logo. For this they use the upload functionality that CloudSuite offers. The customer can make a design himself and upload it in the webshop and Paardekooper monitors the rest of the process.
A number of Paardekooper's regular customers have access to their own catalog in the webshop. They see Paardekooper's products in their own corporate identity and the customer can easily order personalized packaging and other supplies. A very customer-oriented feature!
Paardekooper has several dealers who offer their products. When a dealer receives an order, the sales order is automatically forwarded to the Paardekooper webshop and processed further here as a purchase order. An interesting piece of automation to make the ordering process run efficiently.
Paardekooper has a number of physical stores in addition to the webshop. An order kiosk has been placed in these stores that makes it possible for customers to first look around in the store and view a product in real life, and then order and pay for it via the order kiosk. An omnichannel experience for the Paardekooper customer.
