Markant designs, manufactures and imports office furniture and distributes it via a professional channel of office and project furnishers. The company was established in 1948 and has customers and offices around the world. Markant wanted a high-end webshop with both a CRM and their own Product Information Management system (PIM). For more active sales the office sales team had to be able to enter orders and quotations into the system.

Thanks to the combination of our e-commerce and CRM modules, Markant now has an extremely intuitive webshop with its own product management. Via the call center plugin the office sales staff can place orders and quotations in the system on behalf of the customer or look at these live together with customers.
