Business case

B2B customers are increasingly behaving like consumers, demanding B2C features from your webshop. This is why Kersten BV, an international wholesaler in home decoration and lifestyle items, decided to transition to the e-commerce and PIM modules from CloudSuite. In these modules we have placed our emphasis on the creation of an omnichannel experience and a responsive design.

The objective


The solution

The objective of this project was to design a B2B webshop in which a B2C experience could be created. The aim of the webshop is to present the broad collection of items and facilitate interaction in an inspiring manner whilst always keeping the user in mind.
