Business case

FonQ is a contemporary web department store offering over 25,000 house, garden, cooking, design, gift and wellbeing items. Thousands of branded products are sold straight from their own stock. FonQ wanted to expand internationally and in 2010 they sought a partner with expertise in both B2C and B2B. The new platform had to be extremely fast and stable as well as capable of integrating with fonQ’s existing systems.

For the expansion into Belgium, Germany, France and Austria we developed multiple webshops that, together with the CRM module, were connected to fonQ’s existing systems.
